    As the authorized representative of the Clan/Society listed above at the 2017 Mid-Maryland Celtic Festival I understand that this is an “at your own risk” event. The Clan and its members agree to assume all the risks of injury, loss or damage to the Clan’s property or person as well as any losses to Clan’s guests, their person or property and hereby releases St. Andrew’s Society of Mid-Maryland, Inc. (herein referred to as SASMM) and its officers and members from any and all liability for same. The Clan further agrees to hold harmless, protect, and indemnify SASMM, its officers and members, from any claim arising either wholly or in part, growing out of or incidental to, the use of the Mount Airy Carnival Grounds site or any other SASMM property by the Clan.
    I agree that photographic reproductions or images of any sort which may be taken of me or my child(ren) while participating in the festival and my or my child(ren)’s name may be used in any manner by the St. Andrew’s Society of Mid-Maryland, Inc.
